Villa Rosa Boutique Hotel and Restaurant is a hotel and a restaurant beyond Ady liget. A Mediterranean-style hotel with a discreet and refined atmosphere, coupled with simple elegance in the restaurant, guests are welcomed by Zsolt Gál, formerly of Rosinante, and at his side András Császár, previously idolised at Nu Bistro and Onyx, offering French-Hungarian bistro cuisine.
Besides the current seasonal favourites, the menu also includes classics such as matzo soup based on a secret family recipe, beef cheek stew with egg noodles, or quark dumplings presented with an unusual new look and incredible surprises. It is no secret that the owners’ main aim is to make Villa Rosa the obvious choice, the regular place, for Sunday family lunches, birthdays or business lunches for people living nearby.
